Development Impact Analysis

Larry Koff & Associates is undertaking a development impact analysis for a proposed 40B residential development. Meadow View Estates is a 40B project which will have 198 two and three bedroom condominium units, including some age-restricted units. We are estimating the number of school children and assessing the potential impacts of this development on schools and other Town departments in terms of annual operating costs and capacity.
