Wellesley Square Action Plan
Working with a private/sector Task Force, a Four Point Action Plan of organization, parking, physical improvements, and regulation was developed to address critical issues affecting the image and competitive position of Wellesley Square. These strategies were based upon the completion of a market and an urban design analysis.
