Development Impact Analysis

Larry Koff & Associates are working together with Corcoran Management and the Town of Lynnfield to prepare a development impact analysis for a proposed 40B 200 unit residential development located along Route 1. We will be examining the number of school children and assessing the potential impacts of this development on schools and other Town departments in terms of annual operating costs and capacity.
