Larry Koff, AICP

Larry Koff, AICP, has more than 40 years of planning and project management experience for a broad range of clients in both the public and private sectors.

Prior to forming his own company in 1994, Mr. Koff honed his community planning and project management skills at the Boston Redevelopment Authority by assuming over a 25 year period increasing responsibilities as Planner/ Project Manager and Chief of Institutional Planning.

As principal of Larry Koff & Associates, Mr. Koff has assisted over 50 communities as well as developers solve a broad range of community development issues relating to economic development, downtown revitalization, housing, fiscal planning, and resource protection. He has proven to be a successful facilitator, master planner, and manager of public review processes.

Mr. Koff has been a leader in the Massachusetts Chapter APA, the Massachusetts Association of Consulting Planners, as well as State planning activities including the "418 "planning program and currently state Zoning Reform. Mr. Koff is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners.
