Larry Koff, AICP
Larry Koff, AICP, has more than 30 years of planning and project management experience working in both the public and private sectors.
Prior to forming his own company in 1994, Mr. Koff honed his community planning and project management skills by serving for 25 years at the Boston Redevelopment Authority as Senior Planner/ Project Manager and Chief of Institutional Planning.
He has directed numerous housing planning initiatives, downtown revitalization, community planning and development activities, has been a leader in the "418" Community Development Planning initiative, and has proven to be a successful facilitator, master planner, and manager of public review processes.
He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners, has been a leader in the Massachusetts Chapter of the American Planning Association, and is currently President of the Massachusetts Association of Consulting Planners.
