Larry Koff and Associates has joined with Todreas Hanley Associates to prepare an economic development strategy for the Town of Arlington, MA, focused on the potential for reuse of key underutilized commercial sites located throughout the town.

Larry Koff & Associates are working together with a team led by Community Opportunities Group to facilitate the development of a Master Plan for the town of Dedham, Massachusetts.

Allston Brighton Community Development Corporation |
Harvard University has acquired close to 200 acres of property in North Allston. This land currently accommodates commercial, industrial, residential, and major transportation (the Beacon Yards and Allston turnpike ramps) uses. Consultants to the Boston Redevelopment authority prepared a Framework Plan which identified through a community planning process a Proposed Land Use Plan, Guiding Principles and Vision diagrams, and a Summary Timeline. Larry Koff & Associates is assisting the ABCDC in preparing its recommendations for this plan, the planning process and implementation.

Fiscal Impact Analyses/ Impact Fee Studies |
Larry Koff & Associates are working together with developers in several cities and towns in Massachusetts and Rhode Island to project the potential fiscal impacts and population growth that will occur as a result of proposed development projects. Many of the projects involve an affordable housing component under Chapters 40B and 40R. Recent projects have also focused on fair application of Impact Fees under Rhode Island's enabling statute. |

Pepperell: Affordable Housing Plan Master Plan Update

A former mill and farming community, today Pepperell is a residential town seeking to preserve its rural atmosphere. After completing a Planned Production Plan that was approved by DHCD, the consulting team led by Larry Koff & Associates is assisting the town in implementation.

Burlington

Under
a 43D Expedited Permitting Grant that the Town received from the Interagency
Permitting Board, LKA is working with the Town to prepare an Economic Development
Strategies Plan. This plan addresses three concerns: a comprehensive review
of the industrial and business districts, an identification of market trends,
development opportunities and barriers, and an action plan of strategies
to foster economic growth.
