Commercial Development Plan
Larry Koff and Associates led a team of consultants to prepare a plan for enhancing Arlington's three Commercial areas located along the Massachusetts Avenue corridor, building on several previous targeted studies.
Arlington Center was targeted as the priority area in need of revitalization. Organization and funding strategies were identified to enable each of the thre commercial areas to achieve their economic development vision. As part of this study, recommendations were developed for the reuse of key underutilized commercial sites located within or adjacent to the three commencial areas.
