Larry Koff and Associates is leading a team of consultants to prepare a plan for enhancing Arlington's Commercial areas building on several previous targeted studies.
The present study aims to:
- Identify strategies to improve the mix of businesses and vitality of the commercial areas
- Undertake preliminary re-use planning for 3 key commercial development sites on the Massachusetts Avenue Corridor
- Identify smart growth principles to preserve the commercial areas and adjacent neighborhoods
